Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out what you may and may not do with Xvidfa.st, its API and its Telegram features. It is part of the Terms of Service.

1. Follow the law and respect others

  • Do not use the Service for anything unlawful.
  • Do not use it to infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights.
  • Do not publish, send or promote content that is illegal, that exploits or endangers minors, or that shows or involves people without their consent.
  • Do not harass, threaten or defraud anyone, and do not send spam.

2. Use the API and exports fairly

  • Stay within your plan's limits. Do not try to get around rate limits or quotas, for example by rotating keys, opening extra accounts or sharing keys between organisations.
  • Keep API keys secret. You are responsible for requests made with your keys.
  • Do not copy the library in bulk to build a competing database or to resell access to it.
  • Respect the rights attached to the content you read. A listing is a reference, not a licence.

3. Protect the Service

  • Do not probe, scan or attack the Service, or try to reach data that is not yours.
  • Do not upload or send malware, and do not overload the Service on purpose.
  • Do not interfere with other customers' use of the Service.

4. Scraping requests

Where scraping requests are available, ask for public pages only, and only when you may lawfully request them. Do not request pages behind a login or paywall, pages with personal data, or anything you could not lawfully collect yourself. We may refuse or cancel a request.

5. Telegram bots, channels and messages

  • Add only bots and channels that you own or have permission to use.
  • Follow Telegram's terms and policies, including its rules about content.
  • Message only people who started your bot or joined your channel, and honour requests to stop.
  • Do not use feeds to spam, to mislead, or to send content you have no right to share.

6. If you break these rules

We may remove content, limit or suspend features, close the account and, where the law requires or allows it, report the matter to the authorities. We may act without warning when the risk is serious. Points and payments are handled as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
